I am writing this with no intension.

You know first step is to create an account in http://www.blogger.com. You can use your google account also.

Select a name for your blog and also the blog URL.

After that select the template for your blog. There is pre-build templates.

Then Post to your blog. You can Edit or Remove the post later.
